Hello! I’m Daniel Costa, a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). With a background as both a motion-based artist and an athlete, my training is shaped by extensive studies in movement methodologies, anatomy, and biomechanics, while my coaching style is playful and focuses on blending creativity, adaptability and determination.
